About the Job

Learning Experience Designers play an integral role in our design process, and in evolving our business. We count on them to create compelling and impactful learning experiences through research, design, and delivery.

As a Learning Experience Designer at NewCampus, you will:

  • Join diverse teams and engage clients through the project journey. Support clients by translating their organisational needs into meaningful and impactful learning objectives

  • Design and develop virtual, cohort-based learning experiences and create learning assets to support the delivery of learning in both synchronous and asynchronous formats

  • Adopt a learner-first approach to design learning activities that are engaging, impactful, and transformative.

  • Gather, analyse, synthesise and organise information from multiple channels and perspectives to develop frameworks, lesson plans, and activities

  • Work closely with the delivery team (comprising facilitators, coaches and class-coordinators) to bring your learning design work to life

  • Contribute to recruiting experts, mentors or speakers to serve our learners

About You

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Applicable experience extending to education, organisational development, psychology, behavioural science and/or similar spaces

  • An iterative mindset towards problem-solving, and an experimental mindset allowing you to move fast

  • Excellent remote communication skills - you’re able to share your thought process, not just the outcomes

  • Innate drive to seek out clarity and information, and thrives in ambiguity

  • Strong storytelling ability across written, visual, and verbal modes

  • Curious and has the ability to demonstrate empathy through user research

  • Mindset to create an impact on the business education space

  • Global orientation and excited about the possibility of how learning can be used for personal and professional development

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in designing online experiences

  • Classroom teaching experience or hands-on facilitation

  • Experience working in an early stage startup (less than 15 employees)

  • Experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Product Management teams

  • Experience working with an international team and client base

The Interview Process
